Darrell E. Reinhardt, 90, Hermann, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Aspire Senior Living in New Florence.
He was born on July 28, 1935, the son of the late Paul Alfred and Idene (Cullom)Reinhardt in Gore.
He was united in marriage to Betty L. (Rohlfing) Reinhardt on Sept. 25, 1954, in East St. Louis, Ill.
Darrell was an electrician and worked for Hampton Electric, Mack Electric and Aschinger Electric, all in St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by wife, Betty parents, Paul and Idene; and sisters, Dolores Pennybacker and Ledell Bitzer.
Darrell is survived by son, Michael Reinhardt and wife Charlotte of St. Charles; daughter, Lisa Redfern and husband Bob of Hermann; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Gary Rohlfing and wife Kathy of Big Spring.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., Thursday, March 19, followed by Masonic and funeral services at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann.
Interment will be at Loutre Island Cemetery in McKittrick.
Memorial contributions suggested to Loutre Island Cemetery or St. Paul’s United Church of Christ.
