Della Adeline Bergman, 87, Owensville, passed away Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, at Frene Valley Stonebridge in Owensville.
She was born July 22, 1932, to William and Alda Mae (Stradford) Limberg, in Rosebud.
She was united in marriage to Fred Bergman, Dec. 12, 1964, at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Owensville.
Della was a member of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ and the Dorcas. She enjoyed crappie fishing.
She was preceded in death by parents, William and Alda; husband, Fred; brothers, Milford, Amil and Edwin Limberg; and sisters, Emma Grob and Elsie Schulte.
She is survived by children, Douglas Rosson and wife Janette of Owensville and Sheila Rosson of Columbia; brother, Donald Limberg and wife Mary of Beaufort; sister, Esther Grob of Cuba; grandchildren, Toni Woemmel and husband Randy of Owensville, Lt. Col. Patrick Nelson and wife Mary of Ft. Bragg, N.C. and James Nelson and wife Heather of Sullivan; great-grandchildren, Corey Woemmel and wife Caity of Cedar Hill, Caleb Woemmel of Union, Chance Nelson of Sullivan and Paige Watson and husband Robert of St. James; and great, great-grandson, Ian Woemmel.
Funeral services are (today) Wednesday, Sept. 18, at 11 a.m. at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ in Owensville with Rev. Stephanie DeLong officiating. Burial will be in Countryside Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations requested to family’s choice.
