Delores Mae Huxol, 91, of Hermann, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023 at Hermann Area District Hospital, Hermann.
She was born Jan. 14, 1932, to Charles and Elda (Bopp) Horstmann n Hermann.
She was united in marriage to Earl L. Huxol, Aug. 20, 1950, at St. Paul United Church of Christ, Hermann.
Delores was a payroll clerk at the International Shoe Factory, as well as a bookkeeper for several local businesses. She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Hermann.
She is preceded in death by parents, Charles and Elda; husband, Earl; brother, Burnell Horstmann; and sister, Charleen (Sis) Haid.
Delores is survived by sons, Bruce Huxol and wife Diane of Blue Springs, David Huxol and wife Kathy, and Charles Huxol and wife Sherry all of Washington; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Nov. 25, at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, with Rev. Andy Wilson officiating.
Burial was at Oak Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorials suggested to St. Paul U.C.C.
