Osage County deputies arrested three individuals on warrants in two different incidents. Among them were Carrie Russell, 35, of Wentzville, and Edward Porter, 40, of Hermann, who have evaded law enforcement since 2019.
Their luck changed on Thursday, Russell and Porter were taken into custody after they were found hiding off Rt. J, near CR 236 at Morrison.
Russell has multiple no-bond warrants out of Osage, Gasconade, Warren, Montgomery, and St Charles counties. Porter is being held on a no-bond out for Lincoln and Warren counties.
Sheriff Mike Bonham thanked the Missouri Highway Patrol and Gasconade County Sheriff’s Office for their assistance.
Also on Thursday, Osage County Dispatch alerted the sheriff’s office that a neighbor reported Theresa Miloro, 30, of Jefferson City, was at a residence on CR 403 in Loose Creek. She was wanted on multiple warrants.
After a short stand-off, Miloro surrendered without incident. She is being held on no-bond warrants out Osage and Cole counties.
