Ida Ann Barnett, 90, of Camdenton, formerly of Owensville, passed away Monday, Oct. 30, 2023, at Capital Region Hospital in Jefferson City.
She was born Sept. 11, 1933, to Benjamin and Clara (Murphy) Shockley in Gasconade County.
She was united in marriage to Charles Barnett, Nov. 4, 1950, in Owensville.
Ida enjoyed fishing, playing bingo, gambling trips to Tunica and other gambling boats and watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball.
She was preceded in death by parents, Benjamin and Clara; and siblings, Wilbur, Cleo, Gilbert, Johnnie, Raymond, Delmar Shockley and Agnes Boettcher.
She is survived by son, Michael Barnett of Camdenton.
Funeral services were held Friday, Nov. 3, at Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Owensville with Rev. Stephanie DeLong officiating. Burial was in Countryside Memorial Gardens.
