John F. Becker, 87, Belle, passed away Monday, March 16, 2020, at Frene Valley in Owensville.
He was born Sept. 9, 1932, to John G. and Josephine (Berendden) Becker.
John had been an area resident for almost 30 years. He had been employed as a truck driver for Yellow Trucking, Land Vatter Concrete and Slay Transportation, all in St. Louis. He attended St. Alexanders Catholic Church in Belle as well as Sacred Heart in Rich Fountain.
He was preceded in death by parents, John and Josephine; sisters, Nanette Cancila and Helen Ostlund; and granddaughter, Julia Becker.
He is survived by sons, Jeff Becker of O’Fallon, Brian Becker of Affton and Randy Becker of Crestwood; daughter, Rita Becker of Affton; brother, Gordon Becker and wife Barb of Pacific; and seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Private family services have been arranged and interment will be in the College Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions suggested to College Hill Cemetery.
