Judy Ann Murphy, 56, Owensville, formerly of Harrisburg, Ark., passed away Thursday, Oct. 24, 2019, at Mercy Hospital, Washington.

She was born Sept., 25, 1963, to Betty Ann McKeller Wood, in Memphis, Tenn.

She was united in marriage to Cecil Murphy, June 4, 1983, at the Baptist Church, St. James.

Judy was a member of First Baptist Church of Harrisburg, Ark. She spent her childhood in Harrisburg and graduated from Harrisburg High School in 1983. She worked at Parker Hannifin in Truman, Ark., for five years, Custom Printing in Owensville for 13 years and retired from Owensville Walmart in 2015. She and her husband Cecil resided in Redbird and then moved to Owensville in 1993 and resided there until her death.

She was preceded in death by mother, Betty Ann; and sister-in-law, Shirley Wood.

She is survived by husband, Cecil, of the home; children, Eric Murphy and wife Roxie of Owensville, Courtney Trest and husband Micah of Gerald, Brittany Driskell and husband Andrew of Owensville and Kelsey Murphy and significant other Rob Schrieber of Owensville; brothers, Allen Wood of Grubbs, Ark., Johnny Wood of Harrisburg, Ark., Jimmy Wood and wife Chris of Harrisburg, Ark., and Pat Wood and wife Alisa of Michigan City, Ind.; sisters, Kathy Church and husband Jerry of Cave City, Ark., and Robin Nolen and husband Glen of Farmington, Ark.; and by 11 grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held Monday, Oct. 28, at Gottenstroeter Chapel in Owensville.
