Katheryn A. Wright, 71, Hermann,
passed away Monday, July 27, 2020, at
Frene Valley of Hermann Stonebridge.
She was born Nov. 23, 1948, to
Armin “Tim” and Una Ida (Eggenberg)
Haeffner in Morrison.
She was united in marriage Sept. 2,
1967, to Gerald “Jerry” T. Wright in
Gasconade. Jerry preceded her in death
Sept. 23, 2017.
Katheryn worked as a clerk for the J.C. Penney Store in
Hermann and was a member of the Gasconade Union Church.
She was preceded in death by parents, Armin and Una;
husband, Jerry; grandson Tre Wright; brothers, Donald
and Dale “Gus” Haeffner; brother-in-law, Donald Wright;
niece Debbie Wright; and nephews, Timothy, Rodney and
Darren Wright.
She is survived by sons, Donald of Hermann; Timothy
of Fulton, and
Butch of Jefferson City; granddaughters, Jessie Wright of
Jefferson City and Blaire and Ashley Wright of Beaufort;
great-grandchildren, Aycen and Nolan Bareda of Jefferson
City; several nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law, LeRoy
Wright of Montgomery City; Dennis Wright and wife Carol
of Owensville; Bob Wright and wife Donna of Hermann and
David Wright and wife Tammy of Eldon; and sisters-in-laws,
Pat Haeffner of Valley Park, Kathy Wright of Hermann, Esther
Haeffner of New Haven and Linda James, of Hermann.
A funeral service was held Friday, July 24, at the Toedtmann
& Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann. Interment was
in the Gasconade Cemetery.
