Mary Ann Catherine Branson, 74, Morrison, passed away Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.
She was born Sept. 22, 1951, to the late Milton F. Sr. and Ruth (Tegeler) Leimkuehler in Hermann.
She was united in marriage to Daniel Branson May 19, 1970, at South Side Christian Church in Kansas City. Together they shared 55 wonderful years of marriage.
Mary Ann was a member of Oklahoma Church of Christ in Chamois.
She worked as a extrusion line technician at Henniges Automotive in New Haven.
In her free time Mary Ann enjoyed sewing, quilting, embroidering, crocheting, canning pickles, baking cookies and watching the hummingbirds.
She was preceded in death by parents, Milton and Ruth; son, Keith D. Branson; and brother, Milton Leimkuehler, Jr.
Mary Ann is survived by husband, Daniel of Morrison; son, Dustin Bransonof Morrison; daughter, Candace Branson of Linn; sister, Cherry Kay Elkins of Lakeside, Calif.; brothers, Kenneth and Dennis Leimkuehler, both of Morrison; grandchildren, Anthony, Kaitlyn, Brooke, Kyla, Blake, Aiden, Casslin and Macy; and many great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., (today) Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Zion-St. Peter United Church of Christ in Pershing with Rev. Barb Zastrow officiating.
Interment was at the Deppe Family Cemetery in Morrison.
Memorial contributions suggested to the family to help with maintaining the family cemetery.
