Patricia Ann Dufner, 81, Hermann, passed away Monday, July 20, 2026, at New Haven Care Center in New Haven.
She was born on July 24, 1944, to the late Florenz and Rita (Liermann) Eichholz in St. Louis.
She was united in marriage to Robert C. Dufner on Oct. 2, 1965, in Washington. Together they shared 60 years of marriage.
Patricia worked as a teachers aid for the Gasconade County R-1 Schools for many years.
She was a member of St. George Church in Hermann, the Gasconade County Fair Board and the 4-H Club.
Patricia enjoyed taking bus trips, traveling, reading, watching true crime shows and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by parents, Florenz and Rita; and son-in-law, Donald Haile.
Patricia is survived by husband, Robert of Hermann; daughters, Roberta Morales of Grain Valley, Jodi Beattie and husband Cameron of Wentzville and Shawna Haile of Hermann; son, Dominick Dufner and wife Michaella Babbitt of St. Louis; brother, Randy Eichholz and wife Carol of Washington; grandchildren, Luther, Mallory, Hunter, Grant and Alicia; and nieces, Jamie Terschluse and husband Nick of Marthasville and Jessie Eichholz of Steelville.
Funeral mass was held on Friday, July 24, at St. George Church in Hermann, with Father Philip Niekamp officiating.
Interment was in St. George Cemetery in Hermann.
