Robert Russell Hartmann, 80, Owensville, passed away Friday, March 27, 2020, at Gerald Caring Center in Gerald.
He was born April 16, 1939, to Russell and Juanita (Bradley) Hartmann, in St. Louis.
He was united in marriage to Nancy Jean Chilson, Sept. 24, 1971, in St. Louis County.
Robert served in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed farming, horseback riding, collecting antiques and spending time outdoors.
He was preceded in death by parents, Russell and Juanita; wife, Nancy; and stepson, Van Meyer.
He is survived by daughter, Sheri Hartmann of Gerald; stepson, Steve Meyer of Illinois; brother, Ronald Hartmann and wife Rita of Eolia; and step-grandchildren, Brittany Sorich and Stephen Van Camp.
