Mary Schroeter wishes to announce her parents’ Gold Wedding Anniversary. Carl and Karen (Tous- chhoff) Souders of Owensville celebrated their 50th anniversary Saturday, June 27, 2020, with friends and family on the family farm.
The couple was united in marriage June 27, 1970, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Rosebud in a ceremony officiated by Lloyd Groenke. The couple took their honeymoon in southeast Missouri.
The bride, daughter of the late Raymond and Minola Tuschhoff, is a former beautician and bank teller who now babysits three of her five grandchildren.
The groom, son of the late Arvil and Beulah Soud- ers, tends to the family farm.
Their union has been blessed with three children: John Souders, Lyle Souders and Mary Schroeter; and five grandchildren.
