Stephen Michael Tune, Sr., 73, Owensville, passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 23, 1952, to the late Chester and Opal (Adamson)Tune in Creston, Iowa.
He served his country with the U. S. Army.
Stephen enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was preceded in death by parents, Chester and Opal; three brothers; and four sisters.
Stephen is survived by children, Amanda Morgan of Coleman, Texas, Andrea Tune and wife Natasha Berlin, and Stephen Tune, Jr. and wife Stacie Whitson, all of Columbia; grandchildren, Jesse and Frank Parsons, Alexis Fincher, Trevor Griffith and Daniel, Chloe, Emily, Matthew and Xavier Tune; and great-grandchildren, Haisley Parsons, Gracelynn Fincher and Weston Tune.
His body was cremated and no service planned at this time. Arrangements entrusted to Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Owensville.
