Patricia Lee Frees, 82, Cuba, passed away Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at her residence.
She was born Feb. 21, 1944, to the late Armand and Blanche (Price) DeMargel in Abilene, Texas.
She was united in marriage to Rodney E. Frees Jan. 17, 1984, in Steelville.
Patricia enjoyed farming and taking care of her animals and going along with Rod to buy cars and fixing them up. She also loved to go to flea markets and traveling in their RV.
Patricia was preceded in death by parents, Armand and Blanche; and brother, Paul DeMargel.
She is survived by husband, Rod of their home; daughter, Julie Doyle and husband Shannon of Owensville; sister, Joan Gurski of Bushnell, Fla.; and sister-in-law, Kateri DeMargel of Chesterfield.
A private graveside service was held Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Licklider Cemetery in Cuba.
Memorial contributions suggested to Tri-County Veterinary Clinic in Owensville.
