Gasconade County Clerk Lesa Lietzow opens up a Missouri flag Dec. 28 she was planning on using to cover an unpainted wall behind the screen (left) where a book shelf once occupied a corner of the Commission meeting room. The screen separates her new desk location with an area planned for in-person absentee voting.
