Mia Lopez-Morales, 18, of Newton, N.C., was arrested by Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) Troop I at 3:08 a.m. on Feb. 15 in Crawford County on allegations of a DWI (alcohol) and exceeding the posted speed limit by over 26 miles-per-hour. She was booked and released.

Stephen J. Kennedy, 45, of St. Ann was arrested at 9:16 p.m. on Feb. 15 by Troop I on allegations of a felony DWI (drug intoxication), felony unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and not wearing a seat belt. He was taken to the Crawford County Detention Center for a 24-hour hold.

Dyllyon Q. Dicus, 24, of Cuba, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on Feb. 18 by Troop I for allegedly driving while intoxicated (alcohol). He was released.

Wesley S. Kiser, 22, from O’Fallon, was arrested at 10:23 p.m., also on Feb. 18, by Troop I on allegations of a DWI (alcohol), exceeding the posted speed limit by over 26 miles per hour, and failing to affix his plate. He was booked and released.

Brandon Bonin, 31, of Belle, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on Feb. 19 by Troop I on allegations of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor Franklin County warrant for failing to register his motor vehicle. He was taken to the Crawford County Detention Center and later released.

John D. Rust Jr., 33, of Potosi, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on Feb. 21 by Troop I on allegations of driving while intoxicated (prior offender). He was taken to the Crawford County Detention Center and later released.
