Gasconade County Sheriff’s deputies load in bottled water Monday to the specially equipped Mobile Command Post vehicle borrowed this week from the Osage County Ambulance District for use during the 76th Gasconade County Fair opening tonight (Wednesday) at Owensville’s Memorial Park. The command vehicle is on loan from the neighboring district for use during the fair. It was acquired after being used by federal agencies participating in Florida hurricane rescue and recovery operations. Owensville police along with county and neighboring sheriff’s deputies will be stationed Thursday and Friday offering chances on a gun raffle to support Shop With A Cop.
