Now that the calendar has turned over to July, another season of Owensville Athletic Association (OAA) baseball and softball is now in the books.

Between softball and baseball, a total of 20 teams took to the field throughout Owensville at Lions Field, Memorial Field and the Owensville Lions Sports Complex.

Four t-ball teams played on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout late May and the entire month of June.

Playing in red t-shirts for their ReMax - Diane Thomas sponsored team were Amelia Iten, Easton Snodgrass, Kinsley Knight, Paisley Wideman, Rhett Mistler, Rhett Thomas, Rogan Melton and Wesley Melton.

Playing for Fick Family Trucking in dark blue t-shirts were Austin Edler, Benji Slattery, Brayden Lowe, Dennis Wright, Hudson Fletcher, Nora Jarrett, Sarah Conour and Waylon Fick.

Donning green t-shirts playing for their Kids Korner sponsored team were Barrett Hafner, Benton Leach, Evander Liss, Gracie Smith, Ingrid Meadows, Luke Glenn, Oliver Walker and Waylon Humphrey.

Rounding out the list of t-ball teams is TK Outdoors’ roster of Axel Hoock, Chance Limberg, Charley Nicks, Grace Mantels, Jase Leicht, Lane Adkison, Layla Spurgeon, Tucker Nolting and Walker Voss.

Moving up to 6U action, five teams kept Walmart and Kahle Fields full of action at the Owensville Lions Sports Complex.

Wearing black t-shirts for the Victorian Place of Owensville sponsored team were Clara Baxter, Anah Roberts, Audrey Kramme, Braxton Thompson, Charlotte Okenfuss, Corbin Mangrum, Hudson Krey, Ivie Roberts, Jackson Carr, Jett Hoffman, Kyle Carr and Rylee Shockley.

Donned in maroon shirts for their Maries County Bank sponsored 6U team were Henlie Adkison, Estillise Handley, Lucas Onder, Anna Baldwin, Jodie Wright, Brayden Hicks, Karoline Reams, Maggie Branson, Brielle Todd, Levi Onder, Nicole Huff, Colin Sells and Treble Cook.

Hitting and fielding for Owensville Premier Logistics in dark blue shirts were Alina Bates, Luke Turnbough, Jett Weyrauch, Blayke Bogle, Ellah Thompson, Bryler Branson, Bree Daniels, Blaire Decker, Axel Decker, Dax Echols, Shelby Krause, Paisleigh McLaughlin and Loxley Medows.

Competing in gray t-shirts for their Meyer Residential Services sponsored team were Evelynn Purvis, Kole Binkholder, River Evans, Lukas Walker, Gracie Binkholder, Quentin Hamm, Isabella Mogensen, Ellie Brinker, Alyssa Meyer, Legend Bradford, Waylon Danz, Alden Negretti and Klint Meyer.

Rounding out the list of 6U teams in red shirts for their ReMax-Diane Thomas squad were Avery DeBoeuf, Wyatt Dennis, Eleanor Downey, Van Gooch, Olivia Hiatt, Elizabeth McMahan, Allison Meyer, Kash Nowack-Schlottog, Keever Schaning, Hazel Schneider, Bronson Stockton, Blake Thomas and Viola Rademacher.

Three 8U baseball teams spent their season playing either at the Owensville Lions Sports Complex or at other area fields.

Wearing blue shirts for their Heartland Independent Living Center sponsored team were Andrew Allen, Asa McKinney, August Krause, Beau Steinbeck, Chandler Howard, Eli Liss, Gareth Orick, Jackson Niederer, Levi Hempelmann, Owen Steinbeck, Rhett McKinney and Theo Orick.

Donning green shirts for their Lost Valley Lake sponsored squad were Wyatt Williamson, Trent Strothkamp, Sean Walker, Jr., Peyton Altemeyer, Marley Lorton, Liam Brenner, Jameson Schultz, Eli Glenn, Dawson Echols, Carson Decker and Bryer Kottwitz.

Rounding out the trio of 8U teams in orange shirts for the Keeler Ink sponsored team include Aiden Crabb, Brantley Meyer, Drake Schlottach, Bryson Meyer, Gaige Keeler, Gavin Mantles, Chestyn Basham, Jaxton Black, Kal Chambers, Kellan Ryan and Trace Nolting.

Similar to their 8U counterparts, there were also three 10U baseball teams in OAA action.

Wearing blue shirts for their Custom Pump sponsored team were Zander Hinson, William Kramme, Rowan Lorton, Oliver Lezama, Matthew Allen, Kasyn Black, Jayden Crawford, Brycin Wilson, Silas Grayson, Bentley Crews and Augustus Branson.

Competing in gray t-shirts for their Maciejewski’s Plumbing and Heating sponsored team were Blake Koch, Chesten Adkison, Ciris Burrows, Clayton Hays, Deacon Stockton, Desmond Roach, Jamison Piersol, Jayce Abernathy, Paul Sieker, Cody Reuben and Tate Dixon.

ReMax agent Diane Thomas also sponsored a 10U baseball team with their roster consisting of Nolan Fowler, Mason Shockley, Logan Michael Myers, Kyle Korff, Greyson Conour, Frank Clancy, Eli Wax, Daven Dietrich, Carson Palovick, Brayden Kemp and Bentley Thomas.

Legends Bank sponsored an OAA softball team with their roster consisting of Bella Daniels, Madison Thompson, Ella Homeyer, Braylee Maupin, Ella Niederer, Paisley Hempelmann, Ella Myers, Faith Walters, Raelynn Nixon, Chloe Downey, Kennedy Reams, Averie Dare, Addy Meyer and Vivian Butler.

Two additional OAA softball teams also competed throughout the summer that were sponsored by Jefferson Bank and Thomas.

Wearing light blue shirts for their Jefferson Bank squad included Adelyn McDonald, Jana Myers, Khloe Thomas, Kiera Hamm, Lilly Raaf, Olivia Lottmann, Paislee Basham, Zaylie Gromer, Charlea Bossaller and Lucy Jahnsen.

Donning red shirts for their ReMax (Diane Thomas) team were Addison Stranghoener, Clara Brune, Hadlee Ketcherside, Halle Thompson, Josey Williamson, Kinley Troncin, Kyler Brooks, Lylah Koch, Natalie Brennan and Trinity Thomas.

Fitness Parlor sponsored a pair of 12U baseball teams that were split into blue and black-shirted teams.

Playing in blue shirts were Bentley Knight, Ivan Phillips, Peyton Sells, Elliott Phillips, Rylan Korman, Eli Davidson, Will Brune, Tucker Shockley, Sylys Lorton, Josiah Gehlert, Finn Clancy and Trace Lange.

Competing in black shirts were Lucas Staton, Grayson Lairmore, Nolan Jost, Carson Fisher, Jaxon Lowe, Will Coppedge, Chase Heidbrink, Cohen Dare, Kastin Warren, Tanner Mogensen, Hunter Downey, Dylan Bloomner and Tucker Crosby.

Snowensville also sponsored a 14U baseball team consisting of players Andrew Budnik, Austin Huntsman, Brenner Thompson, Brock Heidbrink, Brogan Clancy, Bryce Nixon, Cael Walker, Christopher Kroon, Dakota Walters, Dane Dietrich, David Levin, Drake Dietrich, Ethan Bruce, Evan Boyer, George Wnuk, Jax Johnston, Kristopher Carr, Nicholas Hinson, Payten Pendleton, Pierce Schlottach and Wyatt Shaw.
