Beginning with last night’s (Tuesday) Hermann Invitational Cross Country meet at Loutre Shore Country Club north of the Missouri River bridge, Owensville Middle and High School cross country runners will be looking to complete the Gasconade County cross country hat trick.
This is only possible during seasons in which Hermann or Owensville hosts the annual Four Rivers Conference (FRC) Cross Country meet.
After competing north of the Missouri River last night (Tuesday), the second leg of the Gasconade County cross country hat trick shifts to the Gasconade County R-2 campus and the Owensville Invitational Cross Country meet on Tuesday, Oct. 10.
Both invitationals at Hermann and Owensville will begin at 4 p.m., with middle school races followed by high school races.
The final leg of the Gasconade County cross country hat trick will be on Tuesday, Oct. 17 when Owensville will host the annual FRC Cross Country meet during the afternoon hours.
More details on the annual FRC meet will be available in next week’s Republican.
