OWENSVILLE — Scheduled to appear in front of Judge Ada-Brehe Krueger in Gasconade County Division IV courtroom on Feb. 11 at 9 a.m. are several local residents with a wide variety of charges filed over the past week.

Kimberly Ann Milare of Owensville faces the class B misdemeanor charge of identity theft or attempted identity theft (first offense) following an April 2025 report by the Owensville Police Department (OPD).

In the probable cause statement filed Jan. 14, Milare is accused of opening an internet account in her child’s name resulting in a collection account in the amount of $613.11 for services rendered beginning Oct. 27, 2020, and with the last payment made to said account Oct. 11, 2024. The OPD officer noted that at the time of the report, Milare was on probation for stealing $25,000 or more and forgery, had previously plead guilty to both stealing and harassment and was the respondent in both current and past orders of protection.

Andrew John Jaegers of Linn faces the class D misdemeanor charge of minor visibly intoxicated (first offense) after he allegedly failed field sobriety tests administered by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) during a routine traffic stop on Highway 50, west of Route BB, on Nov. 2.

According to the information filed Jan. 14, Jaegers was transported to the OPD facility following the traffic stop and provided a breath sample.

Jared Allan Brown of Belle faces the class B misdemeanor charge of failure to keep a register of scrap metal purchase or trade.

The charges filed Jan. 14 stem from a May 29, 2025, report by the Gasconade County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO). According to the report, GCSO responded to Jett Road near Highway 28 for a reported vehicle fire and allegedly located Brown in possession of burned wires, cables and scrap metal along with a charred burn pile near the scene. GCSO stated that Brown was known by local law enforcement to regularly collect scrap metal for re-sale.

Kyle Russell Sillman of Owensville faces the class D misdemeanor charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with charges filed Jan. 14 relating to an alleged incident on May 9, 2025.

GCSO reports that Sillman was traveling on Fourth Street in Owensville when he nearly struck a patrol vehicle head-on. The officer stated that he witnessed Sillman “making unnecessary movements as commonly associated with an individual attempting to conceal contraband,” and conducted a traffic stop.

Allegedly located in a search of the vehicle was a pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana and a jar containing concentrated THC wax, both illegal for Sillman to possess being only 18 years old at the time.

The class A misdemeanor charge of stealing was filed against Sullivan resident Julie Ann Rice Jan. 14 stemming from an alleged incident nearly one year ago.

According to the probable cause statement, Rice is accused of shoplifting at an Owensville business on Feb. 7, 2025.

The officer reported that an employee of the business informed him that Rice was surveilled in self-checkout scanning several items that were “ticket switched” for lower priced items.

Reportedly, a witness employed with the business stated that after they completed a search of Rice’s name in the reporting system, they determined she had allegedly stolen approximately $935.61 in merchandise during two different events. The officer noted that the total amount of theft was $21.

Upon being informed she was under arrest for stealing, Rice allegedly insisted she did not steal anything and what she did was not the same thing as stealing.

OPD requested a summons stating that Rice had several charges of stealing-related offenses and within the last 10 years has been found guilty of at least three.

Lawrence Frichtel of Hermann was charged Jan. 14 with the class A misdemeanor fourth degree domestic assault, first or second offense.

GCSO’s probable cause statement alleges that on June 30, 2025, Frichtel shoved a paper towel into his wife’s face, causing her to fall into the kitchen counter, resulting in pain to her side. Frichtel is said to have admitted to pushing the paper towel into her face but claimed he did not believe his actions constituted assault.

Charges were filed against several others who are accused of failing to register their motor vehicle by MSHP.

Scheduled to appear in front of Brehe-Krueger on that class D misdemeanor charge are: Angelina Marie Bunch of Linn on Jan. 21 at 9 a.m. for her November 2025 citation; Babatunde Ogunfemi Ogunjobi of Owensville on March 4 at 9 a.m. for his Jan. 4 citation; Todd Edward Connor of High Ridge on Feb. 18 at 9 a.m. for the same charge along with a seatbelt violation related to his December 2025 citation and Justin D. Miller of Belle, who faces the same two charges as Connor, but doubled. Miller was ticketed for both failure to register a motor vehicle and a seatbelt violation in December 2025 and again on Jan. 9. He is scheduled to appear for all four charges on Feb. 11 at 9 a.m.
