A woman from Bland, Erica L. Herron, 42, was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Gasconade County at 11:40 pm. Dec. 31 on allegations of driving while intoxicated and speeding. She was transported to the Owensville Police station and then released.
An Owensville woman, Jennifer L. Holland, 37, was arrested in Gasconade County by the MSHP at 8 p.m. Dec. 31 on allegations of driving while drug intoxicated. She also faces charges of DWI with a person less than 17 in the vehicle and an unspecified equipment violation. She was released on a summons to appear in court.
The MSHP in Osage reports the arrest at 10:18 p.m. Dec. 31 of Brian J. Schulte, 66, Freeburg, on allegations of driving while intoxicated on alcohol. He was released on a summons to appear in court.
Arrested at 2:8 p.m. Jan. 3 in Gasconade County was Cale A. Iten, 28 of Belle, on a misdemeanor Maries County warrant for failure to appear in court for traffic offense. He was also cited for failure to register a vehicle. He was transported to the Owensville Police station on the bondable offense.
