A productive weekend in Jefferson City.
That is what Owensville Wrestling Club (OWC) grapplers experienced at Capital City High School during the annual Casey J. Luebbert Youth Memorial Wrestling Tournament.
Six OWC grapplers left Jefferson City with medals around their necks for top-three finishes in their respective weight classes.
Samuel Rollins (6U 60), Harley Geisler (8U 65B) and Mallory Stockton (10U 120) earned first-place medals.
Rollins went 2-0 while Geisler was 4-0 and Stockton won her next three matches after an opening-round loss by fall.
Jasper Hane placed second in the 8U 65-pound weight class winning two major decisions and a match by technical fall.
Zachary Burrow (8U 70C) and Greyson Conour (8U 70B) and Emmitt Duncan (8U 60D) all earned third-place medals in their respective weight classes.
OWC wrestlers also competing in Jefferson City included Max Branson, Owen Sells, Silas Grayson, Augustus Branson, Jase Schulte, Mason Turner Bo Buddemeyer, Peyton Pohlmann, Peyton Sells and Micah Duncan.
