A criminal summons was issued Jan. 2 to Rosebud resident Kyle T. Rooffener for the class A misdemeanor charge of second or third offense driving while revoked or suspended as requested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP).
According to the probable cause statement, Rooffener was pulled over Aug. 29, 2025, for expired registration and failing to affix a front registration plate to his 2017 Land Rover.

Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Emmy Pape-Stewart noted in case information that Rooffener was convicted of driving while revoked in Franklin County and Owensville on July 2, 2025, for a Nov. 16, 2020, incident and on July 16, 2025, for a Jan. 20, 2020, incident.
Rooffener’s initial appearance was scheduled for today (Wednesday in Gasconade County Division 4 court with Judge Ada Brehe-Krueger officiating.
He is also charged with the infraction of displaying or possessing the motor vehicle or trailer plates of another person.
