An 18-year-old St. Louis boy was injured Saturday afternoon when he fell out of a moving 2003 Kawasaki Mule 300 on private property in the 1100 block of Route E in Gasconade County.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol, the teen fell out of the back of the vehicle as the driver was in a field doing “evasive maneuvers” during the incident reported at 4:05 p.m. Nov. 8. He received moderate injuries when he struck the ground and was transported by New Haven ambulance to Mercy Washington for treatment. The vehicle was left at the scene.
The MSHP in Gasconade County reports the arrest at 10:53 p.m. Nov. 5 of Austin L. Beard. 30, of Hannibal, on allegations of DWI on drugs. He was released to the custody of the Gasconade County Sheriff’s staff and later released.
The MSHP also reports the arrest at 1:54 a.m. Nov. 9 in Osage County of Raymond J. Laughlin, 20, Bonnots Mill, on allegations of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway, failure to affix license plate, minor visibly intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Osage County Jail in Linn and later released.
A Belle man, identified as Jacob T. Barbarick, 26, was arrested at 1:47 a.m. Nov. 9 in Pulaski County by the MSHP on allegations of driving while intoxicated, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was booked and later released.
The MSHP in Crawford County’s Troop I region reports the arrest at 11:37 p.m. Nov. 8 of Adam S. Hemvy, 26, of Cuba, on allegations of DWI and exceeding the posted speed limit by 20 to 25 miles per hour. He was released roadside.
