Chadwick A. Hopkins of Owensville was charged with felonies possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a weapon following an Aug. 7 drug-related search warrant execution in the 3700 block of Farris Road near Owensville.

According to the Gasconade County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO), contact was made with three adult white males, two adult white females and one child during the execution of the warrant, assisted by the Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group (LANEG).

GCSO reported finding and seizing one Sig Sauer P320 9 mm handgun, one KelTec P17 .22LR handgun, one Ruger rifle, approximately seven grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
