Owensville Dutchgirl basketball team members celebrating their 46-29 MSHSAA Class 4 sectional win Monday night over Boonville’s Lady Pirates in front of a packed Owensville High School (OHS) gym (from left) include head coach John VanLeer, Cylee Reed, Brynn Wright, Anya Binkhoelter, Cameron Nowack, Camryn Caldwell, Audrey Quilacio and Ali Daniels. With Owensville’s win Monday night, they will advance to the MSHSAA Class 4 Quarterfinals Friday night at 7 p.m., against Aurora’s Lady Hound Dawgs at Aurora High School. Like the sectional game, digital tickets selling for $8 will be required to be purchased to gain admission into the game. OHS is planning on sending at least one pep bus of students down to Aurora.
