Donna Timmerberg, 78, Hermann, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Washington.
She was born Dec. 9, 1946, to the late Alan and Iola (Cook) VanVelkinburgh in Quincy, Ill.
She was united in marriage to Wendell “Pete” Lloyd Timmerberg Nov. 26, 1998, at Loutre Island Church in McKittrick.
Donna worked as an LPN at Frene Valley Nursing Home in Hermann.
She is preceded in death by husband, Wendell; parents, Alan and Iola; and siblings,VernonVanVelkinburgh, Bill Chezem, Ramone Chezem and Vana Langdon.
Donna is survived by son, Andrew Strieker and wife Priscilla Gonzales of Austin, Texas; daughter, Nikki Maynard and husband Jeffrey of Rifle, Colo.; step son, Craig Timmerberg and wife Susan of Montgomery City; step daughters, Cara Santaularia and husband Paul of Shawnee, Kan. and Nancy Myrick and husband Robert of Waterloo, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Nov. 8, at Big Spring Cemetery in Big Spring. Memorial contributions suggested to the Alzheimers Association. Arrangements entrusted to Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann.
