Jacqueline “Jackie” Sue Kohrmann, 90,Owensville, passed away Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025, at Gasconade Manor in Owensville.
She was born Sept. 14, 1935, to the late George and Donna (Pointer) Kottwitz in Jefferson City.
She was united in marriage to Aaron Kohrmann Dec. 26, 1953, in Owensville.
Jackie was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Bem.
She enjoyed sewing and was very active in community organizations and also very involved in her children’s activities when they were young.
She and Aaron had moved to Pharr,Texas full time in 2005 and enjoyed 10 years there.
Jackie was preceded in death by husband, Aaron; parents, George and Donna; son, Larry Kohrmann; great-grandson,Gilbert Weinrich; and great-granddaughter, Ertha Dwyer.
She is survived by children, Debbie Brown and husband Jerry of Owensville, Sharon Riegel and significant other, Dan Rosener of Steelville and Donna Davis and husband Mike of Sullivan; daughter-in-law, Marie Kohrmann of Grapevine, Texas; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren with one on the way.
Visitation will be held from 4 until 8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 6, at Gottenstroeter Funeral Home in Owensville.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 7, at St. John’s United Church of Christ in Bem with Pastor Jeff Remelious officiating.
Interment will be in Countryside Memorial Gardens.
