Jeffery Lee Haley, 71, Hermann, passed away Monday, Dec. 22, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Creve Coeur.
He was born Oct. 16, 1954, the son of Betty (Haley) Jennings and stepfather Alan Jennings, in East St. Louis, Ill.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Jeffery worked as a welder for Holland USA, formerly Binkley, in Warrenton.
He was preceded in death by mother, Betty; step father, Allen; and grandson, Owen Steiner.
Jeffery is survived daughters, Jessica Isaak and husband Patrick and Jeanette Steiner and husband Ben, both of Hermann; six grandchildren; sisters, Betty Jo Hemp of Wellsville, Nancy Dillard of Florida and Linda Lehman and husband Chris of High Hill; and brother, Billy Jennings of Owensville.
Funeral services were held Dec. 30, at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann.
Memorial contributions suggested to Hermann VFW, Owens Dinosauria Park or Hermann Angels of Hope.
