Peter A. DiStasio, 93, Gasconade, passed away Thursday, Dec. 25, 2025, at Hermann Area District Hospital in Hermann.
He was born Aug. 20, 1932, to the late Louis A. and Bertha (Mallegni) DiStasio in New Haven. Conn.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy.
Peter was united in marriage to Patricia (McDowell) DiStasio.
He worked as a police officer and a detective in Wallingford, Conn. for 25 years.
Peter was preceded in death by wife, Patricia; parents, Louis and Bertha; and brothers, Robert and Jack.
He is survived by daughters, Paula Krull of New Haven and Renae DiStasio of Vernon, Conn.; and brother, Conrad Bianchi of Southington, Conn.
No services are being held at this time.
